I'm sure the last thing he wanted to hear was what he should have done. If the demo had passed the trial period, I don't think a current snap shot would have been available anyway.
Rollback RX needs some type of extreme warning when someone is uninstalling it with a rollback date that is very old. Something that says, "Warning, you are about to revert to a very old date. If this date is used, you will lose all data after that date. Please consider reverting to the current snap shot".
This guy must be sick.
