Hi Froggie, if you check the date of the OP it was way back in 2009.


The solution to the problem as suggested by tech support was to uninstall and reinstall Rx. Doing so took care of the problem back in 2009 (when the OP was made) and I have not run into the problem again.

Sorry for not thinking to post the solution here when it was originally provided to me.
