Default Message: Volume Shadow Service is not supported for drive C
I am trialing Drive Cloner RX (I had used the Imager included w Rollback RX 8.1) & twice today when making a full image of my C drive I got this message:

"Volume Shadow Service is not supported for drive C [ERROR_VSS_VOLUME_ERROR] start backup in archive mode."

What does that mean? Your Help has no section to interpret errors!

The end result both validates & mounts fine.
