When I run a backup via 'Start now', <DCdir>\log\flclover.log contains a detailed event resumé; when I run a backup via the scheduler, flclover.log does not display anything. Is there another location where this information is stored, or is that just a bug?
I am using the latest build of DriveCloner (March 10) and working under Windows XP Pro-SP3.
(I switched from Acronis TI in anticipation of RollBack 10.)

Hello norman,

Welcome to the Horizon DataSys forum. For reference, support can be reached at the Horizon DataSys Facebook page on the left-hand side by clicking on "Support" Horizon DataSys | Facebook or at http://support.horizondatasys.com and let's see if we can get some suggestions here.

Best,
Jacob

Dear Jacob,
Thank you for your quick response. Before posting here, I went through all the usual options: FAQs, KB search, User Forum, support ticket. When none of these was able to provide a solution, I decided to start a new thread.
Perhaps the absence of a detailed log file for scheduled backups is by design and not a bug at all, perhaps I did something wrong. Surely someone on this forum can help.

Happy to help! Were you able to receive a support ticket number and response? I flagged this for Nick as well. Thanks for the feedback and stopping by the forum!

Jacob

Yes, but after several exchanges I decided we were getting nowhere and broke it off.
Now I no longer get a detailed log report even with unscheduled backups, just a one-line listing that the computer has been restarted. Apart from that, DCRx seems to be working fine.
I should perhaps mention that I hold two licenses and that the log-file problem appears in them both.
