Can't open image as virtual drive over network?

I just installed Drive Cloner Rx trial version and was unable to open my drive images made with Rollback Rx 8.1 that are stored on my network drive. The error message said something like you can't open a remote image as a virtual drive. However I rolled back my system removing Drive Cloner Rx and I could access the remote image as a virtual drive with Rollback Rx 8.1.

I don't know if this is a problem with installing Drive Cloner Rx while Rollback Rx 8.1 is installed or whether the new Drive Cloner Rx won't open remote images as a virtual drive, or won't recognise older images.

Can anyone add more information to this?

You must restart PC after installation Drive Cloner Rx. Maybe here was a problem :-).
