parse header tailer

Whenever I try to open some of my backup files from within the Rollback application (for verification or explore) I get a dialog saying...

"parse header tailer : pstoragre->signature != pstorage->header.signature"

Then...

"get snap meta data: parse_header_tailer failed!"

I have created support ticket 4073-7865105 for this issue, but haven't received an update for seven days. My trial period is about to expire.

Any ideas?
