NTLDR is missing URGENT

Hi,

I have 2 identical Acer Extensa desktops. Built a system on one. OK for a year. Infected with a trojan. Would not work. Built a system on second Acer. Works fine. Installed Disk Cloner. Did full back up to USB drive and created recovery disk. Put recovery disk in first machine. Did restore of full image from second machine.

Get NTLDR is missing. Even though BIOS is reset to run from Hard Drive, the only thing I can get it to do is reload the recovery software from the CD-ROM.

Help! Support desk is still at 2am where I am.
