What is the difference between NJ Anyue and EAZ-FIX?

Recently I find NJ Anyue Technology Co.,Ltd. offering the same products in China, you can see in Anyue main EAZ-FIX is NJ Anyue product with 3 patent technology. I want to know What is the difference between NJ Anyue and EAZ-FIX? Is it true that Eazsolution is the developer and NJ Anyue a reseller or OEM distributor?

Why is NJ Anyue selling EAZ-FIX since NJ Anyue Technology Co., Ltd. isn't on the resellers directory? NJ Anyue declare that EAZ-FIX is NJ Anyue's product with 3 patent technology in Anyue main (Anyue Technology Co.,Ltd. - China Computer & IT supplier. )

Anyue technologies use to be a reseller of EAZ FIX/RollBack Rx. However, they are no longer an authorized reseller as our managment team claims that they have violated our reseller agreements and are also illegally distributing an unauthorized version of EAZ FIX. They are working off the older source code that they received illegally.

This issue is currently going through a legal dispute. What we can say is that they currently only have access to our older version of EAZ FIX / RollBack software version 8.x - We are now on RollBack v9.1; I don't believe that they have the resources to continue to develop the product further, even with an older souce code.
