Default Weird Problem

Rollback Rx is doing an odd thing. When I open the program to look at my snapshots, etc., the program window does not display properly. It seems to take on the color of whatever is underneath it, for example, the desktop. Just started doing this about a week ago. Anybody know what's going on?

I was thinking of reinstalling the program. I know you can't install a NEW version of Rollback without uninstalling the old one and losing your snapshots, but can you reinstall the SAME version without losing them?

Thanks

Greetings Quiller99,

Welcome to the Horizon DataSys Forum. Not sure why it is displaying that way. For reference, support can be reached at http://support.horizondatasys.com and let's see if we can get an answer for you here as well.

According the Knowledge Base, an uninstall will result in all snapshots being gone: http://support.horizondatasys.com/ic...+5+3&docID=279

If you do end up uninstalling and in case you haven't uninstalled rollback before, you should check out these links from the KB before doing so:

Best,
Jacob
