I just checked on the MS site and the beta is no longer available for anyone to test: Welcome to Windows 7

Hopefully, some was able to download a copy and try to assist you. However, FYI our development team will be creating a build of RollBack Rx that will definately support Windows 7 when it is commercially available.

Hi guys,

I have Windows 7 32bit running in a virtual machine so i tried installing Rollback V9 (Yes its available now!) and it went without a hitch. I took a snapshot and rolled back to it successfully.

As far as the reliability of it, i cant say based on this short test but it looks encouraging so far!

I would like to test it further so i'll see how i go for time over the next week or so (the demo only gives me 15 days).

Cheers

Hi,
please, where is standard (not for beta testers) download link for Rollback RX Pro v. 9? I have found "only" sister program Eaz-Fix v.9, but I have not tested it. Included help file (-"Read me") is for v. 8.1. :-)
Thanks,
P.

For a direct link to the RollBack Rx page, try this one which was just updated today:

Our site has been updated with the latest link. Here is a direct download of RollBack Rx V9: http://www.horizondatasys.com/files/...ient_Setup.zip

The latest V9 has a consolidated help file that is very detailed. You can also view the help file online at: RollBack Rx V9 Online Help

I Also tried RollbackRX Ver 8.1 and Ver 9 with Windows7 RC. Neither version worked.

Default How about on a Vista/Win7 dual-boot system?

I was told today by the development team that RB v.9 is compatible with Win7.

My question is - has anyone tried this on a dual-boot system (Vista/Win7)??

My setup is the above - 2 partitions on one physical drive.

It would be nice if the development team could test this in the lab to see if it would work for sure - i sure don't feel like being the guinea pig in someone's experiment that could hose my system - one, i may add, that i give alot of TLC to!

TIA,

Ray
