Default Help: Why does my RB expires?

Hello,
I have bought the new version of Acronis True Image 2011.
To test it , I have deinstalled RBx ( newest Version from 28.5.10) for this time.

Then I will reinstall RB on my computer ( with my Serial) and it appears finally the text: Your Programm expires. Buy it or activate it.I cannot activate because RB means that I have no internet connect ( But I'm online)
Hm..??
What happens there? I have sometimes deinstalled and reinstalled RbX without problemes.
And nothing is changend on my hardware.
How can I install my RB with my serial?

I'm having the same problem. I think perhaps something is wrong at their end.
I'd wait awhile and then try again.

Hi.
I'm surprised. After your info I have install RBx again without problmes..??
Yesterday I did write a ticket to Horizon Sys Support.
I will wait ti the aswer
