Flashing cursor after installing Rollback Rx

I have installed the Rollback RX trial software and restarted the computer to complete the install. All indication led me to believe it installed fine. I took an initial snapshot and configured the settings for the program.

I restarted the computer to find a flashing cursor int he upper left corner with a black screen. Nothing else... Home key does not respond either. Thoughts?

Dell 6510 Tried HD modes ATA and AHCI. Originall set up in ATA
4 GB RAM
Win XP SP3
Intel video card
