Hello thekochs. Your determination for trying to resolve this issue should be rewarded IMO.

I just have a question regarding your last post

I updated AVG from 10.0.1136 to 10.0.1114 (VDB 422/3212 to 422/3211)
This seems to be a downgrade. Did you mean the versions to be the other way round perhaps?

It's a typo......but the change/fix they said did not appear/happen in the latest program update.....

However, bigger issue for me now with AVG 2011 is that my Outlook crashes when hit Send/Receive. There are several threads on this and appears some issue with their DLL update to outlook. Anyway, I went ahead and uninstalled AVG 2011, ran CCleaner, then installed back V9.0.....think I'll wait on 2011 until some of these items are cleared up.

Thread that has old V9.0 download link.....hard to find online now: http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-free...91#post_118991
