Also, with regards to updates.. The inbuild update that was done recently had very small issues and not worth making a public announcement about. The reasons for this is that (as we all know) moving ahead with any update means that users would have to lose all their snapshots, in order to update their PC's to the latest build. It is for this reason that we make some new builds "silent" updates. The development team needs to wiegh the value of the updates against the disadvantages for the user and our support team.

In any event we should have a note updated on our release notes. I will get this done shortly.
Why not let your users make that decision? Are you concerned that this would increase the installs which would tax technical support resources?
Some companies offer "nightly builds" or similar and announce "planned" updates.

Serhii,

I would suggest uninstalling, then doing a cleanup and re-installing.

Btw Jacob, would you have a direct download-link for the cleanup tool?

Happy 'turkey-day' to all of my US friends!

Hi pv,

The best way to obtain the support tool to clean up files and registry settings is to submit a support to ticket to http://support.horizondatasys.com and they will be able to provide it to you.

Gobble gobble!

Serhii, your best bet is to follow Pvsurfers and Jacobs advice and submit a support ticket asking for the cleanup tool.

It's no use asking us for help in this case as it seems like an issue only tech support is going to resolve.

However we would appreciate it if you were to keep us up-to-date on your progress with them in the hopes that it may enligten us all.
