Hi Serhii,
Let's see if we can get some suggestions here. Feel free to contact support at http://support.horizondatasys.com Best, Jacob |

Serhii,
I would suggest uninstalling, then doing a cleanup and re-installing. Btw Jacob, would you have a direct download-link for the cleanup tool? Happy 'turkey-day' to all of my US friends! pv

Hi pv,
The best way to obtain the support tool to clean up files and registry settings is to submit a support to ticket to http://support.horizondatasys.com and they will be able to provide it to you. Gobble gobble! ![]() Jacob |

I ten times reinstalled system and ten times tried to install the program. For two days. Convincingly?

Serhii, your best bet is to follow Pvsurfers and Jacobs advice and submit a support ticket asking for the cleanup tool.
It's no use asking us for help in this case as it seems like an issue only tech support is going to resolve. However we would appreciate it if you were to keep us up-to-date on your progress with them in the hopes that it may enligten us all.
