Thanks, PV... a good description! But... it doesn't explain why my Rollback system was blown following the defrag. Possibly it was the tool I was using... Ultimate Defrag (a VERY GOOD defragging tool), I don't know exactly how it works under the hood. Even since then I have used Nick10's recommendation... UnINSTALL, Defrag then reinstall.

I will try and duplicate just so I may maintain my sanity
