Is Rollback re-install necessary w/Drive Cloner Rx?

Will a re-install of Rollback Rx be necessary if I restore my harddrive with Drive Cloner Rx?

I want to create an image of my harddrive. As I understand it, all snapshots and Rollback Rx itself, will not survive the process. Is this true?
