I am contemplating the purchase of RBRX and would like to know if updates can be found without subscribing to FB or Twitter. Thanks in advance.

Buy it. Never be home or leave home without it!

I do not use Facebook or Twitter and have no interest in doing so but I clicked on the link above to find out about the update. Maybe I am slow but I see no info on updates on the Facebook page at all. I also clicked on the link provided to a forum page and did not see anything about a recent update/build on that page either.

This is just plain poor client service. I paid for my licence, I have a gold service package, and you want me to work to get updates?

bgoodman4, the truth is that the updates notification has always been left to us members to accidentally realise that an update is available.

I myself have posted a few times that an update is available as soon as i discover that Horizon have released one.

Many posts have been made reguarding Horizons rediculous secrecy in relation to these updates and they always come back with the lame excuse that the updates are minor and therefore dont warrant any advertisement. For some reason we're not allowed to make that determination for ourselves.

There you have it.

Hello bgoodman4,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Updates are still being worked on at this time. As soon as there is official word on any news, it will be posted asap. Once there is a new build, it should be posted here as well:

Thanks,

Wouldn't it make sense to send out a block email to all registered users whenever there's something to say, rather than rely on them checking some website or other just in case?

How hard can it be?

Just to continue to flail on the post living horse, why not just have a tab or link in the program itself to "check for updates" like every other program known to man (and woman)? Of course in fairness if we do the suggested once a month or so uninstall, do maintenance, defragment with the 3rd party program, then reinstall it will check for the latest version and install that.

I love the program and would never be without it, but beyond that much is to be desired.
