I installed Comodo TM and now Windows XP won't install, even Mini XP from
HiRen Boot CD won't boot. Always blue screen of death. Disaster recovery -> TOTAL disaster. Simple step like 1. Install windows XP 2. Install Rollback Rx to reverse the problem won't work since XP won't install. Need an EXPERT, really. |

Sorry to hear about your BSoD at startup. I'm afraid it's now too late to look to Rollback Rx for help. You should have installed RBRx instead of CTM (which is reputed to be a disaster waiting to happen)!
This is one of those times when/why it's so important to have a disk-image backup! I'm assuming you don't have that, so have you tried booting into WinXP's safe mode? If not, try that (tap f8 repeatedly while attempting to boot). If you can get to the safe mode menu select Last Known Good Configuration and see if that fixes your system. If that doesn't work I hope you have your WinXP installation CD or an OEM recovery partition on your disk (as you will probably have to repair or reinstall WinXP)! pv ------- Edit... Make sure that the boot order sequence in your BIOS looks to your CD/DVD drive before the hard drive!

Sorry posting that. It was (after some more testing) a memory module fault, not Comodo TM. The faulty memory module was replaced and I installed back Comodo TM but I don't know aboiut the reputed disaster yet. Perhaps the post should be deleted. The Memtest86+ was doing OK testing the faulty memory.
I installed Comodo TM at the same time with the faulty memory module. So I thought Comodo Tm was the cause. |

You are far form out of the woods. You have CTM installed and uninstalling it will likely trash your computer.
It's widely known this software is full of bugs. I would recommend not trying to uninstall it once it's installed. It will trash your MBR making your computer un-bootable. |
