Default Disk Boot Error after installing Rollback RX

Hello,
Some time ago I wrote to you regarding a "Disk Bboot Failure" issue when trying to install your product on 2 SSD'S in raid 0.

After sytem reboots screen states installing rollback RX then a "disk boot failure" message appears. The only way to correct this is to re install the O/S.

I also tried installing on both 32 & 64 bit Win 7 systems. A clean install was performed on a freshly formatted Raid 0 array. I should point out your current release is working fine on my other system which is also raid 0, but uses conventional hard disks.

Have any members on the forum had this issue?

Thank you all in advance for your time.

Hello Tony,

Thanks for the feedback. Let's see if we can get some suggestions here.

Best,
Jacob

Have you read the existing threads about SSDs? My impression is there are "difficulties".

This might be going in the wrong direction but have you disabled TRIM on both SSD's?

Yes Indeed trim has been disabled. The issue is with my new build which uses 2 64gb Corsair reactor's configured for raid 0. Interstingly I am using Rollback on my old system which features 2 WD caviar black's also in raid 0 and there are no issues.

It would seem there are issues with SSD's and rollback when searching the forums as reccomended by Owl

This is most frustrating as rollback is a great product.
I will give this another 30 days then I will look at another platform maybe rebit netsmart.

I set up a system with RAID mirrored discs a while ago, thought that a was really handy way of doing backups.

Then a power outage killed my PSU, which sent a spike up the 12V rail and killed BOTH discs.
