With or without a support contract; you should be receiving assistance or at least an acknowledgment from our support team on your requested issue.

With regards to the support contact of $10.35 (or so..) for the maintenance of the software - this entitles you to receive free updates to new builds s well as new future version of the software. It does prioritize your support requests as well. However, even if you do not have a support contract you will receive support for the software. If you have not received any form of aknowledgement regarding your request then our support team has either dropped the ball or maybe a technical issue (incorrect email address or bulk mail folder etc.).
