Default No way to scroll down if I have 19+ snapshots

I've gotten to the point that before my hourly shots are deleted (after 1 day--which it won't do automatically unless I reboot--but that's another gripe, but I can do it manually), I have 19 or more and can't see the most recent ones in the history window. The highlighted shot can be moved down to them with the arrow button, but you can't see them except on the clock to the side.

Any one know what's the deal with that?

I have similar issues with the GUI not keeping the particular snapshot highlighted when switching between the timeline view and the tree view.

Rollback hasn't crashed my HD--at least not yet--but it sure has it's share of issues that should have been resolved by now. I can see this if it were a free product, or nearly so. But for the money paid for this one would expect less issues at this stage in the software.

1. Messed with hibernate
2. Won't auto delete snapshots
3. Can't scroll down and see snapshots

And these are just things I've noticed since the very end of Dec. Alas! At least it functions as it should in the main task.

Dagrev, I have no issue seeing 37+ snapshots... I use the offered scrollbar to do that. (XPsp3).

Maybe you have a display issue with the computer...

Thanks. That is possible, but I don't even see a scroll bar at all when there are more shots than will fit in the allotted space.

Some discussions on this forum have shown that others who have their character sizing set to something other than 100% have had similar viewing problems... sorry I don't have a thread to offer.

Dagrev, reading this post here

Snapshot History Tab Doesn't Show All the Snapshots

it seems that this issue should have been fixed by now. Apparently it hasnt.

The problem shows up if I change the DPI font setting to anything above 117 and check the Use Windows XP scaling.

I think if Rollback had the ability to re-size the window this would not be a problem. Why you can't, I can't imagine. Most software that's more than $29 you can generally re-size. Yeah, I griping, this I don't get from software that been around this long and you pay a decent price for.

I agree, the GUI is rather primitive, as if still using Win3.0 system calls.

I think that this issue should have been resolved quite some time back. Do you have a ticket number, so that I can look up your build and have our techs contact you.

Let me know you ticket number and I will try to expedite for you.
