FYI the progress bar says "Loading Snapshot".

EDIT: I would find the "Rollback is complete" notification extremely annoying. So that's a big thumbs down for me.
Thanks, I am still finding my way around this program and so far love it. I didn't know that it was finished that quick. In that case I agree with you that the notification block would just be an extra step that is not needed.

Absolutely.

You must remember that "other" solutions have to update files from archives. All RBRx has to do is reconfigure the FAT to call up different disc sectors.

Default Rollback + Drive Vaccine mix

I tried to install Rollback together with Drive Vaccine, but it doesn't work. What I was trying to achieve is very simple: a system that is permanently reset to baseline upon reboot (except when one turns this feature off for updates), but at the same time keeps several previous snapshots.

I believe it would be quite easy to add to Rollback this feature from Drive Vaccine, as the engine is already there. This way I could set up my system to always return automatically to Baseline (or to any other snapshot) upon reboot, thus preventing the inevitable buildup of trash that comes with Windows, but would also have previous snapshots to recover to in case of failure.

Unless I have misunderstood what you are looking to achieve you can currently set a scheduled task to restore a specific snapshot, i.e., your baseline, on a restart. Just look at the options available under Scheduled Tasks, under Control Panel (to the left hand-side at the bottom in the main GUI).

Likely been said before, but an alert that an update is available seems like common sense.

Default Fewer clicks to defrag

I'd like to see fewer steps/clicks to get to the defragging. I see no reason why there are so many (3 I think) to finally get it going.

I know it's not a big deal, but I delete hourly snapshots and defrag about every day and get tired to going through needless steps.

Thumbs up Would be nice to be able to schedule a defrag from the "schedule tasks window"

Would be nice to be able to schedule a defrag from the "schedule tasks window"
like Dagrev .. its a pain to have to do it manually!

That way it would be automated for a daily/weekly defrag without
having to reboot !

Default SSD Cache with Harddrive compatibility

Since current bleeding-edge crop of X79 MoBos are coming with Intel Cache systems or as with ASUS proprietary firmware, I know that RollBack Rx works only with one primary boot drive, to make it compatible with the SSD/ Hard drive setups?
I'm about to build a ASUS Sabertooth X79 system with a 240 GB SSD and a 1.5 TB H/D and would dearly love to keep RollBack Rx.

I agree with Erik. A schedule defrag would be great. Or maybe even an option to defrag after X amount of snapshots have been taken.

I have a laptop and move around alot, so i shutdown and restart my laptop alot. Waiting for the system to defrag 10 or more snapshots takes some time even with my SSD.

BTW. Great product. It has saved my laptop on many an occasion.
