Need help to restore data after RBRx!!!!!

Hi! I need your help!
My RBRx was crashed during uninstall process, after rebooting i have error 0xc000000f. When i boot from another HDD(Win7), i see that C: partition is damaged, D: partition is accessible, but i see only old files, that was wrote before installing RBRx.

I have archive of my C: partition - i made them before uninstalling under WinPE with AcronisTrueImage, but after recovering of this partition on enother HDD i have bootable clear version of my OS with just-installed RBRx.

Haw can i restore my new data from D: partition?
