I bought the Gold service as others above have mentioned. Which is seeming to be something of a waste since most problems people have get referred to the forum for faster responses and the updates are few and seems to be minor.

Before someone feels the compulsion to say I'm expecting too much, I admit I might be. Emphasis on the might part.

Having said that I love RBRx and would never consider being without it, so I'm in no way dissing the program. It's tremendously valuable to me--I just am rethinking what my Gold membership is really getting me.
