V9.1 Re-Baseline

To do what we are talking about Rx would/could in effect compress all snaps previous to and including the selected snap that would become the new baseline snap. That would maintain the integrity of the set. This should be practical I would think.

I was thinking that a new baseline snap would have to be created taking into account existing later snaps, this would be much more complicated to accomplish I expect.
