Default Program Setting: Keep these files or folders unchanged

Hello everyone , I have a question about how to specify folders for this setting. When I select a folder to remain unchanged after rolling back to a previous snapshot, will all the subfolders within the main folder I specify also remain unchanged or do I have to go through the whole folder, specify and add each subfolder as well to the program setting? Thanks in advance for your replies.

I'm talking off the top of my head because I've never done it myself, but it would be very surprising if it did not apply to the whole directory tree below where you specify.

Tango, when I first tried this feature over a year ago, it failed for me. Upon further testing I discovered that when Rollback tried to "synchronize" those selected files in a past image, any file which was already open and in use by the time the synchronization occurred, failed to synchronize. I thought about it for a moment and decided this was exactly what would happen if the synchronization didn't occur prior to allowing Windows to do its startup... not a deal breaker but a nuisance.

Owl is correct... I just ran a quick test for you and, indeed, if you select an upper level folder, it will transfer all inclusive... everything within that folder to any depth (my test had 6-levels of sub folders.

You should be fine... with the above mentioned limitation.
