Hi,
Having just purchased RollBack RX I have a couple of questions please: 1. I can see I can protect Drive C, but to protect Drive D, do I need a conventional backup program? 2. I went to Facebook and clicked the 'like' button but was not offered any discount when I purchased the program? Thanks for any/all imput. Graham |

Welcome to the Rollback Rx Forum runedog. Addressing your first question, RBRx can only protect the physical system drive. If your drive D is a logical partition on the system drive then RBRx can protect it (if you wish to do so). However, if your drive D is a second physical drive then RBRx cannot protect it and another means of backup would be required.
That said, even though RBRx affords a very convenient means for creating 'instant' snaphots (and restores), you would be well advised to make regular backups of your system drive with a disk-imaging program (there are some informative threads in this forum on that subject)! And while there are many such imaging programs, I have personally found Image for Windows and Drive Snapshot work well with RBRx and both are extremely reliable. Re your 2nd issue, it seems I'm one of the very few who don't participate on Facebook, but if you were offered a discount there and didn't get it, I would suggest contacting Horizon DataSys. pv
