Very Frustrated!

I just sent the following message to the Support. I purchased 3 licenses on 5th of this month. Today is 18th and I am still not able to use Rollback Rx, after paying for them.

None of the Product IDs, activate anymore. All my three computers don't activate any more. I get the error, "activation exceeded". Please reset all my following Product ID's as follows:

Product ID: 38***X-******-******
Product ID: 40***X-******-******
Product ID: 69***X-******-******

Also, provide the Activation code as follows:

Nexus: Product ID: 38***X-******-******
Activation ID: 168-******XX-******XX-******X

ROG: Product ID: 40***X-******-******
Activation ID: 168-******XX-******XX-******X

Vibrant: Product ID: 69***X-******-******
Activation ID: 168-******XX-******XX-******X

If you cannot do it today, then please refund my money and cancel all these Product IDs as I am sick and tired, even after all this, I am not able to activate my three computers.

If you failed to do so, I will cancel the credit card payment.

Just an update, un-installed Rollback Rx on ROG laptop and when I installed Rollback Rx again, and now it show the error "exceeded activation" and it doesn't activate.

This is under the latest release of Rollback Rx.
