I have no idea why you are still not fully activated as it really should not take this sort of time to sort out. Did you manage to talk to HDS on the phone, as they were obviously trying to get in touch with you?

Graham
lol. They sent me an email about 30 minutes ago, to call this number: 604-324-0797 ext 2045.

I replied to them, there is no way I am going to do that, as it cost an arm and a leg to call someone in North America from Oman.

Best regards,

aladdin.

Have you got an active ticket? I'm in the UK and have never contacted them by phone either but it has always been resolved pretty quickly by email for me.

Dear Graham,

Yes, two of them 4073-8337393 dated 10/5/2011 7:14 PM PDT and 4073-8337579 dated 10/14/2011 5:23 AM PDT, both of them say, "Work In Progress".

They are the one who want to contact me by phone, it is their desire. I have given them my home phone number and my cell phone number in Oman.

Best regards,

aladdin.

Hopefully, you will be able to discuss it with someone soon as it sounds as though there is some issue they need to sort out. Pity they don't visit here .

Where's Jacob when you need him? .

Graham

Anybody else notice anything unusual about the above interaction? I see 186 support tickets issued in a scant 8-1/2 days.

Uh, oh... Jacob, HEEEEEELP!!

For whatever it's worth, I too am using OCZ SSD and I had trouble activating RB until I used EASUS partition manager to create the "system reserved" 120 MB partition at the start of the drive. All seems to be working well.
