Here is a copy of a email I have just ent to HD:
I believe this is disgusting to take 15% for restocking seeing the transaction was a download! Also, I am now left with useless CDs which I have never opened? You apologise in your email for ME not getting RBRX to work on my PC. Its your software that trashed my PC twice. As a member of the Press who reviews software for challenged PC users we cannot recommend this software. I therefore agree to a refund. Plus, taking 15% for re-stocking on a download and leaving me with CDs I can never use which I payed for? Its a long time since we came across a software house that markets inferior products and then makes the user/buyer foot the costs. A very distasteful experience!!! If you have paid by credit card, then just don't pay your credit card, and take the matter with them. They will get you the full refund. Of course, you are not entitled to pay for a faulty product.
