Default Rollback RX "disk space is too low" Error Can't Install Software

I've tried defraging my hard drive & everything & still it won't install.

My HD is 120 GB with about 20 GB used so it should install.

How many partitions do you have on your drive? What is your OS? are you installing on a Multi-boot PC?

You should not have any issues installing the software onto your root drive (usually C.

I have a compaq with it's own partition for restoring everything to
the factory specs & i'm running xp home.

I'm not sure what the issue is. It may have something to do with the Compaq factory partiton. If you are still wanting to install Rollback Rx onto this same machine you may need to submit a support ticket at http://support.horizondatasys.com - the tech will need to see some log files on your PC to figure out what is going on with your system during the installation process.
