Default Vista Hibernation Problems

I am running Vista Home Premium 64 with SP 1. This is a new computer and
one of the first things I did was install RollBack RX V9. I had the problem
with the rename computer application starting every time I booted the
system but support sent me a new version which fixed the problem.
I tried to hibernate the system and it looked good when it shut down but
I would get a fatal crash when I restarted the computer and it could not
read the hinberfil.sys file. The only way I can get hibernate to work is to
uninstall RollBack. I submitted a ticket to support a few minutes ago and
I hope they have an answer.
