Ok .. New Problem ..Blue Screen - After Closing Explore Snapshot? I am Not sure Been to long since i tryed but i just got a blue screen AFTER I tryed to close an Explore Snapshot. I Opened a Explore Snapshot .. It gave the snapshot a drive letter. Was able to recover a few files. Went to close the drive snapshot and got a blue screen! Anyone else try this yet ? on Ver 9.0 ?

Not good news! Funnily enough I opened a snapshot (under v9) and recovered about 5 files from various folders and then closed the snapshot with no trouble what so ever. I presume that you used the Unmount button available in the dialogue that pops up when you first request to view a snapshot? Perhaps you should post a Support Ticket with HDS ASAP ![]() PS. Am running under WinXP SP3 |
