Default Can't install rollback on new drive

I installed a new solid state hard drive today. I have used rollback for the last 3 or 4 years with no problems. I was using it on win7 on my old drive and had no problems. On this new drive (using Win7 64bit) I get an error when installing Rollback V9 that reads
"Initprotectsysdata Failed". Although I am dual booting I am trying to install rollback on a drive that has only 1 operating system so I am NOT using rollback in a dual boot enviorement. I am using it on ONE drive with One operating system. Is there a solution someone can offer?

Not seen this before but I see that it is referenced in the KnowledgeBase here.

It looks like you'll have to submit a support ticket.
