Jacob,

Yes, I received a ticket number, I did two times, so that I have submitted two tickets.

Jacob,

I sent two days ago all the requested files: setup.log, subconsole.log and 128.dat and I've no more news from Horizon Datasys support.

Why does it takes so long ?

Horizon support can be slow so you will need to be patient,,,especially if you are not a gold support subscriber.
