Default Rollback v9 stucking issues.

Hi folks, I'm getting some issues with Rollback and I wonder if is there some way to workaround. I need a urgent feedback on each item.

1) When it starts Windows XPSP3, it gets a black screen right after the Rollkback "Press home" screen and before the Windows XP loading bar. So, I need to restart my computer several times, to get to pass this black screen (at random) and get to hit the Windows XP loading bar to load Windows.

2) When trying to use Norton Ghost, it gets stuck on "Starting PC DOS....". The same here I have to restart several times to get to try to pass this step to get the menu to select option 1 for Ghost or 2 for Windows;

3) When trying to use Norton Ghost, and I get to pass the "Starting PC DOS....", the Norton Ghost gets stuck on the Blue Screen with the hourglass icon. So, I don't get to use Ghost with Rollback. Are they incompatible?

Is there any way to deactivate/skip RollBack to use Ghost without needing to uninstall the Rollback and lose the snapshots or do I need to uninstall the Rollback?

By uninstalling and installing over the Rollback, does it keep saved in some file the snapshots or can I make a back-up of it or will I lose all them?

Thanks in advance.
