The whole purpose of an "open forum" is to allow users to post unedited opinions for all to read and respond to. Good or bad. Let users decide.
I agree ..

I've been using Rollback Rx now for 6 months and I'm satisfied with it.
On the other hand, if the same thing should happen as happened with "alloyd", I would be pissed of as well, and charging me 3500$ for fixing the problem would not help me that much in calming down.
So, I stand behind "alloyd" and banning him (for reasons of foul language?)... put yourself in his place for a few minutes...

A free fix should have been the proper way to go!

Greetings Thomas V,

Thanks for your feedback and welcome to the Horizon DataSys forum.

While I empathize with alloyd709, inappropriate language, threats, etc. under any circumstance are not allowed in this forum. Here is a link to the forum rules for reference: Horizon DataSys Forum Rules

I'm sure it's safe to say on behalf of everyone in the community, we would love more than anything for everyone and anyone to have a great experience with the Horizon DataSys products. With members helping members, the forum is here to do that and there is also the support team which can be reached at http://support.horizondatasys.com

I'm glad to see that Rollback RX is meeting your needs and again, welcome to the forum!

Best,
Jacob
