Default RollbackRX 9.0 breaks system after bios update

I have the following hard&software in place:
Windows 7 64 bit
Rollback RX 9.0
Gigabyte P55-UD5 mobo with an F3 bios Version.

After I updated the bios to the F6 bios version my system stopped working. After a new win 7 install I tried to install rollback rx which failed and caused the system to go into a reboot loop. To confirm it was rollback rx causing the problems i've gone back to the F3 bios version, restored my Image from before the bios update, uninstalled RollbackRX, upgraded to F6 Bios settings and voila: a working system.

Anyone else experiencing this? and can I do anything to solve this?

Update:
I've downloaded the Demo Version of the Rollback RX 9.1 version and tried to install it on my system (see below for specs) but it gave the same problem. After installing the system crashes at boot but after the rollback rx screen has appeard. Via the home key entering Tollback works and after a uninstall my system works fine again.

bug in rollback?

relevant system specs:

Gigabyte P55-UD5 Mobo F6 bios version
Intel core i7 860 processor
Intel X-25 Postville SSD
Windows 7 professional 64 bit
