Hmmmmm.....I'm confused then. I'm intimately familiar with v9.1 and i can assure you that there is no "advanced Tasks the section Backup Snapshots... ". All v8's had this but since v9 the backup feature is a seperate program.

So.......do you or do you not have v9.1 installed??

Hi Carfal. all is ok now, I have the soft running 100%. my son have mistaked in the last re-installation with the version.Again many thanks for your help sir.

If you uninstall Rollback and clone your drive with Acronis when you reinstall the Rollback the serial number don't work.

Brucew6, submit a support ticket with your product ID and Horizon will reset your activation status.
