Default Acronis RPC Server (not Recovery Manger) vs RB Rx 9.2

OOOPs looks like can't edit title... Am using RB ver 9.1

Acronis users know Home 2010 has a newer neat constant backup option.

Every night at midnight which is the time I also have RB do a snapshot the RPC service/server which is the Acronis non-stop back up service is killed.

I can restart it fine but will be killed again I assume by RB when it takes next snapshot at midnight.

I have only searched briefly here but don't find this issue, although may be just not finding it.

I am NOT using Acronis Recovery Manger since I assumed it would not work with RB since uses the boot partition.

But it would be nice of the Acronis RPC service would play nice with RB, I love them both. I have also notified Acronis tech support and their forum.

RB has saved my butt many times but when I had a hard drive failure it was Acronis that easily restored image backup to new drive. They are both great systems and have used for many many years. Now if they would just play nice together.

Regular Acronis backups (I do at 1am) work find it is only the non stop option using their RPC server that is killed.

Using XP SP3 quad core CPU.

The error message is:
(0xD60021)
Tag = 0xF8C74554441EAA16
The RPC server is unavailable (0xFFF0)
code = 800706BA)
Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8B9

Others on the Acronis forum are having the same of similar issues but with more than just RB it seems. Not sure if anyone there is using RB but just asked on their thread about this problem and pointed out for me its seems to be RB related.
