After Rollback RX 8.1 failed to start I tried to revert to an earlier snapshot, but my license expired. Should've contacted tech support at Horizon, but didn't. Rollback RX Professional icon still show up in my notification icons. So now every time I start my computer I get a message:
Rollback RX drivers have been disabled. If you recovered the PC from a clone image, you need to uninstall and reinstall Rollback Rx. Or else restart the PC and rollback to an earlier snapshot from the subsystem. How do I rollback from the subsystem if I already uninstalled Rollback RX 8.1 ? I have Windows 7 Professional with Raid 0. Must I reinstall Rollback RX 8.1 ? I don't want to get a corrupted Master Boot Record. Is it safe to use Windows 7 Restore feature, or must I remove Rollback RX 8.1 from my registry ? Please help. Thank you. |

Patrick - you have several issues, which do not make any sense.

I know that this advice is too little too late; but you should contact http://support.horizondatasys.com before uninstalling Rollback Rx. Once it is uninstalled; all bets are off; as we can not access any snapshots or even retreive the log files of your installation. |
