Default Product Key No Longer Valid?

Hello. I purchased Rollback RX in June of 2009. I purchase a new computer yesterday, and tried to install Rollback today. For some reason, my product key is no longer valid. I thought this was a life time key. What is going on? Do I need to contact Horizon Data?

Hello Jacob. Thank you for the reply.

I contacted the Horizon sales dept. by phone about a half hour ago, and got things squared away. The representative was very helpful. I was told the reason the product key didn't work on my new computer, was because the key is good for only one computer, and the key was registered to my old computer. She made the change, and Rollback RX is up and running again.
