Unhappy password lost

hi. i new in this program an i have a question about unistalling this program.
i repair computers and a client is call me say that he install a program for restart the computer when the disk have problems.
he install and he put the password in the administrator password and put the option of access trough password.
before he think he no need the program and he want to uninstall the program but he no remember what he put in the pass.
well, he use acronis to erase the disk for complete and delete partition and all but he can uninstall the rollback 9.0, then he call me.
i see this forum and i see that this program write something in the MBR.
he install a trial version and he not buy nothing, but he only put that program for 4 day and he decide quit but the problem is that he don't have the pass of administrator.
i see in the forum that there is a tool called "Rollback Cleaner" and i like to know where i can download that tool for quit this program, for install Windows Xp in this disk.
thank.

PD:sorry for the language errors, but my native language is Spanish and i speak English too little.
