Default Large fonts difficulties

Is the Rollback developers still planning to replace the user interface with something that support users that chooses to use LARGE FONTS (120 dpi) like myself? When I first purchased Rollback I entered a support ticket, and was made to believe that version 10 would have a new UI that supports large fonts. So is there any timeline when version 10 will be ready? Yeah, I'm getting tired of using the poor UI.

For example, here is an image that is presented to me when I go to uninstall Rollback. A rather important decision has to made on this screen, but the screen doesn't offer much info.

I'd be happy if they ditched the colors.

I don't care for the current bright teenager like colors, and I hope whenever a new UI comes out it will allow the user to change the background color. I hate apps that use black text on a full bright white background, too harsh for me. Its nice when the app allows me I change the background to a shade of gray which is easier on my eyes. But color is one thing, functionally is another thing and a more important thing.
