Can't stop defrag in Norton 360

I have posted in the Norton forum and have asked tech support.
I can't stop Norton 360 from doing background defrags. I have turned all settings relating to this off but it continues.
If I let the computer hibernate and I wake it up, defrag is running.
Won't this mess up Rollback RX?
Any ideas from others how I can stop this from happening?
