I have been going for a while now with out the "Shield Client Service" running (shieldclnt.exe). As far as I can tell everything in Rollback works as it should. Am I correct in assuming this service is only needed if I were managing multiple Rollback computers on a network? Since I'm not running this service, on a stand alone computer, am I missing some feature that I'm not aware of?

Another member had posted an issue with "Shield Client Service": win7 x64 issues I would go ahead and submit a ticket to support at http://support.horizondatasys.com and let's see if we can get an answer for you here as well. Best, Jacob |
